My love for the arts and sewing plays an integral part in creating these fanciful pieces of wearable art.

I love things that age well. Denim stands the test of time and is versatile example of one of the best choices in fashion history. These one of a kind custom altered pieces take many hours to create.

 

My designs are embellished with a fine assortment of lace, fabrics, beads, gemstones and eclectic collection of vintage accents. It brings me joy to create beauty from things often overlooked or forgotten. I have always taken to heart the saying 'to waste not is to want not.' I

A thing of beauty is a joy forever. Their loveliness only increases over time. They will never pass into nothingness.

Creative Process:

I find inspiration all around me. The creative process usually begins when something catches my eye. All it takes is to stumble upon a bit of lace or a well worn jacket to set the wheels in motion. From that moment on it’s a matter of spending the many hours needed to complete my vision.

 

I incorporate in all my designs those things you can see and touch but also the less tangible; the way they can make you feel and sometimes smile. My wish is that every piece I design brings you as much joy to wear as it did for me to create.
